Steps

For the Healthy UCD Challenge

'Steps Tracker', starting Monday 18th September running for 6 weeks.

Activities should be converted to steps and added to the total step count for the day.
Cycling 1km = 300 steps 
(home and back between 8 and 10 km depending on route) between 2,400 - 3,000 steps
(UCD - NDRC one way 7 km) = 2,100 steps
(UCD - Ballsbridge one way 4 km) = 1,200 steps
Swimming 100m = 475 steps.
Swimming 1,000m = 4,750 steps.
Rowing = 147 - 212 steps/minute
Jogging = 181 steps/minute
Walking = 1,320/km
