Create print art versions for each character (letterforms).
Create vector graphic versions of the art.
Import into a font editor.
Add kerning information to each character so they look nice in words, in sentences, with punctuation.

Do the same again for variants; different font sizes, bold, italic, extended,

2. Provide a digital version of same.
